So guys we are going to lock a pendrive and secure with a password which contain some requirements of the password that you make for your pendrive that you want to lock or secure by password this password is required when you insert your pendrive in other system or insert again in your system. It take some time to lock the pendrive and its all depend on your system.
So here we start......
To lock your pendrive you have to follow these steps very carefully..
STEP 1:You have to insert your drive in your system
STEP 2:Right click on the pendrive click on the ' Turn on bitlocker '
STEP 3:Click on the ' Use a password to unlock the device ' and then type password and the password should contain uppercase and lowercase letters , numbers , spaces and symbols and click on the next button.
STEP 4:Now if you want to save your recovery key or you can print it and if you save the key then you need it when you forget your password and then click on the next button
STEP 5:Now you click on 'Start Encrypting' button and then encryption will start it will take some time and when it finished then your pen drive is locked
